Office and Telephone Receptionist
posted: 2013-04-12The Wawa Family Health Team is a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of health care professionals serving Wawa and area. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized administrative professional to join our team.
The successful applicant will work a full time work schedule, and have full health benefit coverage. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a member of an inter-disciplinary care team to develop and provide services in a community based setting.
This position will offer critical front line support by performing reception, scheduling, telephone and general clerical support duties to the clients and staff of the Wawa Family Health Team. Flexibility and a dedicated work ethic will be required.
The successful applicant must have a minimum five (5) years of related experience working in an office setting. Experience with a multi-line telephone system is preferred. Other required qualifications include a strong sense of confidentiality, proficiency in computer applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to converse in the French language and experience working in a health care setting would be an asset.
